Imported Gluten Free, Dairy Free+ Confectionary in the Local Centra: Les Recettes de Céliane

I came across a Gluten Free brand which I have never seen before: Les Recettes de Célaine - Have you seen them? Have you tried them?! I was walking around the shelves in the local Centra of Terenure (D6W) and there in front of me were new packages seemingly from France with mouthwatering pictures, Gluten & Wheat Free signs with some Dairy Free signs included! Hello! I thought it odd enough to have a whole range of imported products in a Centra but then again Terenure’s Centra has always been above average when talking about Dairy Alternatives and Gluten Free cereals, etc.
So what did they have: Les Recettes de Céliane.

Molten Apricot Filled Mini Muffins (approx: €4.16) was what I decided to taste test this time. They come in a bag with about 9 mini muffins individually wrapped inside. I would compare them more to cupcakes than muffins just because they are so sweet but my overall opinion: Yum! ... They’re moist, in a sticky way, they’re sweet, they taste lovely and apricot-y, but not overly so. My only negative is that despite their softness, they are ever so slightly dense but that’s really picking... also on a down point, they contain Potato starch and Egg which rules them out for Nightshade Allergies, as per usual, not to mention diets such as Egg Allergic and Vegan. However, the good news is that they are Milk Free, Soya Free and a whole host of others, obviously including Gluten Free!

On a more local level, so far, I have only seen Les Recettes de Céliane in Centra in Terenure and on Ecodirect but I’m sure that they must be elsewhere, or very shortly will be, so please let me know if you have seen them anywhere else and together we'll keep everyone updated!
Centra in Terenure, Dublin 6W was also stocking the following Les Recettes de Céliane products:

Sliced Rustic Loaf (approx: €3.65) which looked like 4 big pieces of ‘rustic’ bread pre-sliced and shrink wrapped in 2-slice packs for single usage (very clever). I first spied Les Recettes de Celiane in O'Brien sandwhich bars last year and they were also being stocked in random Supervalus too. I put them up on my Off The Shelf page, so must update that you can get them in that Centra and Ecodirect too! Nice one!!! They're a pretty decent brand.
